A Colorado Hot Springs Yoga Retreat, also Introducing The Living Inquiries

May 2016 (exact date coming soon!)

This intimate* May retreat set in the mountains of Colorado will help to see who you are, what you fear and who you love. It will be the perfect gift for your New Year, filled with delightful and inspiring classes from yin yoga to laughter yoga to vinyasa flow. You’ll also get an introduction to The Living Inquiries, a self-inquiry method you can take home, which will help you look at any perceived limitations or fears in a gentle, curious, loving and profound way. Teachers Courtney Sunday and Marina Bajszár have training in many different modalities of yoga and The Living Inquiries, and are excited to be your guides! *limited to 12 participants

Your Retreat Guides

Courtney Sunday

Courtney Sunday

ERYT500 Yoga Teacher

Courtney Sunday is an ERYT500 experienced yoga teacher who leads teacher trainings and workshops all over the globe. She learned Thai massage in Thailand, therapeutics in Bali and advanced anatomy in Prague. She loves to infuse her classes with humour and creativity and rarely does the same sequence twice. Her desert island pose is hero’s pose. When she is not yoga-ing, Courtney works as a freelance writer and spends way too much time tending to the needs of her spoiled cats.
Marina Bajszár

Marina Bajszár

Certified Living Inquiries Facilitator

Marina Bajszár is a Certified Living Inquiries Facilitator with several years of experience facilitating individuals and groups to inquire into their unexamined beliefs. She works for the only primarily mindfulness based recovery center in the country, and last year she co-lead retreats, taught vinyasa, yin and laughter yoga there. She is certified in half a dozen other healing and presence practice modalities. “There are many roads to Rome” and she enjoys continually finding more roads there. Marina loves to facilitate, teach and play. When she isn’t facilitating, she likes to go salsa or west coast swing dancing with her boyfriend, or hike with her little dog Lucy.
